How long will it take for my account to be approved?

Auto-approved customers will take typically under 2 minutes. For other customers that may require additional assessment, Bano aims to approve customers within 1 business day (the Bano Compliance Team may contact you if more information is needed). You will be notified of the progress by the App's push notification or through email. 

Currently we are only accepting applications from Australian residents/internationals living in Australia with a valid Australian residential address. We are actively working on expanding our services to more regions.
