How do I get a customisable Bano VISA Card?

To be eligible:


New Bano Users/Users who have NOT ordered a Physical Card:


  1. Download the Bano App and apply to be a Bano User.
  2. Once you have been approved, you can apply for two types of Bano VISA Cards (Physical or Virtual). Apply for a virtual card so that you can use it to become an 'active' Bano user. 
  3. After spending in-store/online using your virtual Bano VISA card for the 1st time, apply for a physical card.
  4. Send an email to 'card@bano.com.au' and the Customer Service Team will help you personalise the card the way you want*


Bano Users who HAVE already ordered a Physical Card:


  1. If you're a current Bano user who uses our services, has completed the first spend requirement, and already ordered a Physical Card, you are eligible for an upgrade!
  2. Send an email to 'card@bano.com.au' and the Customer Service Team will help you personalise the card the way you want*

Valid users will be given a free choice of what they want on their card, provided that they are:

  1. available on the database that we use
  2. icons are only printed in white ink
  3. follows Australia copyright/fair-use laws (which means many Brands will not be available to be shown on your personalised card)
  4. Does not attempt to offend any sex, gender, religion, government, etc.
  5. Does not contain profanity or sexual symbols
    Bano reserves the right to accept/deny any customisable icons for the physical card.
