How do I top-up my Bano account?

Once you have found your account details located in your ‘Profile’ > ‘Account Details’, you can simply copy the account details and paste them into your preferred bank’s mobile banking app. Use your bank’s app to transfer the money into your Bano Account.

This process can take up to 1-2 days as your bank may need to ‘clear’ the transaction. However after your first transfer, your following transfers should be instant as your bank has ‘recognised’ the transaction.

We currently support the Australian dollars and US dollar. All currencies other than the Australian dollar will be automatically converted into Australian dollars upon receipt. The exchange rate will be based on the exchange rate of remitting bank.
