How can I freeze or permanently cancel my Bano VISA Card?

Freeze/Unlock

On the ‘Card’ page of the Bano App, you can freeze and unlock your card at any time. 

Permanently Cancel

On the ‘Card’ page of the Bano App, tap ‘Settings - Stop Using This Card’ to permanently cancel the card. This card will be rendered useless. After cancellation, you can apply for a new card which will have a different card number, expiry date, and security code.
