How do I close my Bano account?
To close your Bano account, firstly you must have already verified your email address. Once your email is verified to your account, send an email to privacy@banofinancial.com using the verified email address and provide your full name, registered phone number, and reason for closing the account. Your request will be handled within 30 working days. You can also request for your data to be deleted.
If you close your account with Bano, you will not be able to reopen an account for 18 months.
